Courses
Courses are designed with the support from the school of economic, Beijing Normal University based on teaching and research experience. Courses cover a wide range of subjects such as investment management, international finance, corporate financial management, economics of money and banking, company study on the central bank of China, company study on the Commercial bank. |

Our college has close links with businesses, banks, and organizations. These links will benefit students in terms of the quality teaching and the valuable experience. Some students selected by the college will also spend one or two semester in the main campus in Beijing. A selected few may continue their graduate studies with scholarships provided by the college. |

Goals
Familiarize students with the fundamentals of the international financial market and environment. Emphasis will be placed on the managerial perspective, preparing students for leading positions in banking, security exchange, investment, insurance and other financial institutions worldwide. Promote their understanding on how institutions and financial markets evolved both in China and internationally. The training is aimed at developing valuable skills to employers and produce professional talents that meet international standards.
Educational Model
Students will complete their first two years study in Zhuhai campus. After that they will continue to finish their studies abroad. Students who have met the requirements for graduation of the City University, London will receive diplomas both from the City University and Beijing Normal University. If students cannot continue their studies abroad after 2 years, they may transfer to the 4-year undergraduate program of their corresponding departments abiding to the regulation of the Beijing Normal University. They will receive their diplomas after fulfill all the requirements for graduation.

Fast Update of Teaching Material
Use the same teaching materials as that of City University of London. The contents shall be updated frequently to reflect the latest developments in the relevant subject area.
Practical Implementation
Courses in banking, investment, finance and risk provide a good foundation in business as well as specialist skills and knowledge. The objective is to use examples, problems, and cases to develop analytical ability and to illustrate the practical application of financial theory and analysis.
It provides a broad knowledge of finance along with an in-depth understanding of the applications to financial transactions.
A Bilingual Approach to Teaching
Utilize business English and IELTS English training. Basic courses will be taught by both Chinese and foreign lecturers. Lecturing will be conducted either bilingually or in English.
